Working in the custom home building industry gave Kelly years of direct exposure to new home construction. She understands the entire process — from the initial framing to the final finish choices that dictate how a property functions and holds its value.
Because she can look at a property through the lens of a builder, she knows the difference between high-quality craftsmanship and quick shortcuts. Transitioning into a full-time real estate career was a natural next step, allowing her to pair hands-on design & construction knowledge with a true passion for helping people.
