Data is supplied by Pillar 9™ MLS® System. Data is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed accurate by Pillar 9™ or CREB®.

- Active clients — for the duration of our working relationship and the real estate transaction
- Completed transactions — records related to completed real estate transactions are retained for a minimum of 7 years as required by RECA regulations

- Website analytics — typically retained for 26 months in anonymised form
When personal information is no longer required, we securely destroy or anonymise it.
