Our website displays real estate listing data sourced from the Pillar 9™ MLS® System through the Calgary Real Estate Board (CREB®). This data is provided under license from CREA and Pillar 9™.

When you use the MLS® search functionality on our website, your search activity (communities searched, property types, price ranges, and listings viewed) may be recorded to provide you with better property recommendations and alerts.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services. We encourage you to review their privacy policies directly.

Data Retention

• Active clients — for the duration of our working relationship and the real estate transaction
• Completed transactions — records related to completed real estate transactions are retained for a minimum of 7 years as required by RECA regulations
• Marketing contacts — until you unsubscribe or request deletion, subject to legal retention requirements
• Website analytics — typically retained for 26 months in anonymised form

When personal information is no longer required, we securely destroy or anonymise it.
