Team Foundation
Crystal begins her Calgary real estate career (1997). Heather enters real estate, Tyler enters mortgage brokering (2002).
2004 – 2007
Oil Boom
Surging oil prices drove massive in-migration. Calgary prices nearly doubled — a historic housing bubble.
2007
Peak Sellers’ Market
One of Calgary’s most intense sellers’ markets ever. Multiple offers, no conditions, properties gone in hours.
2008 – 2009
Financial Crisis
Global financing seized. Calgary prices and volumes dropped sharply before recovering faster than most cities.
2010 – Oct 2014
Recovery & New Highs
Prices surged back to all-time records. Market peaked in October 2014 before the next cycle began.

Oil Downturn
